I have not purchased a car in over six years so, to say I was nervous was definitely an understatement. I knew I was passed due for a new vehicle because in the past 5 years I put an innumerable amount of miles on the one I had by moving o 5 different cities in 4 years plus my regular work commute and leisurely activities. I wanted to find a dealership and personnel that had a good reputation. With me living in Atlanta I also wanted the car buying experience to be as seem less as possible because I knew I was going to purchase out of state. The first person that I thought of was my brother-in-law. He’d purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee over a year ago and I knew for him to purchase a vehicle he wasn’t just going to anybody. So, he gave me details on who I need to call and talk to. His name is Gavin Stewart or as he also known as the credit ninja. Before I called him I looked up a few things about him via the internet and word of mouth and people were exceedingly pleased with his patience, clarity, professionalism, and hosts of other good qualities. Upon calling him I realized those positive attributes to be true for myself. He took all of my information over the phone and even texted me throughout the next few days to answer any questions and clear up anything that may seem opaque. I was appreciative of that. A lot of times as a single woman people try to take advantage of you and what they think you want and what they think they can offer. I didn’t feel that way at all. I let him know that I wanted a Nissan Rogue, black or blue, with dark interior, and I not one for too many bells and whistles. Next thing I know I am getting texts of photos from Lawrence Brewer of the car both inside and outside and I must say, it was… PERFECT! It was exactly what I wanted and pictured in my mind awhile. I came to the dealership and the whole drive there in my 2007 Hyundai Sonata I contemplated on whether I wanted to trade my car in. Having never made that decision for me and said it was up to me. I pulled up at the dealership and the handle on back driver side door completely broke and that was confirmation that was time to let it go and start my 2020 anew. So, I got out my car and I was immediately greeted and I feel bad hat I don’t remember the gentleman name but, he was extremely pleasant and got my information pulled up and got me seated immediately. I was only seated a few minutes until Lawrence showed up and was ready to go for a test drive. He made the drive easy, comfortable, and told me to test the limits of the vehicle. We pulled back into the dealership and Lawrence and I saw in the vehicle and he helped me set up my phone to the vehicle and other bells and whistles. We talked about a little bit of EVERYTHING and ended up sitting in the car for about 2 hours. I felt completely at home. I did not feel like “just another sale”. When I sat down to talk money and gap insurance with Frank V. Was the part I was most nervous about. He took his time and explained the smallest details. He gave real life experience about gap insurances, warranties, and services that are offered with my car. During all the uncertainty that is going on in the world… it felt good to make a decision that I felt certain about. I told Gavin, Lawrence, and Frank about how easy, transparent, and awesome they made this experience for me and I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone I know purchasing a vehicle.

Noah Wright was our salesman in the purchase of our Nissan Versa. He is such a sweet, kind, upfront and honest young man! His customer service was the epitome of professional and courteous as well. Gavin, the manager moved heaven and earth to get us approved with the lowest rates possible. They followed up promptly and have been making sure that we are completely satisfied with our purchase. All employees I dealt with were excellent. I spoke to Taylor on the phone, my salesman was Alex, the F&I person was Frank and dealt with the General Manager Dylon. They answered all our questions. They worked to get us the best deal for our car and make sure we were happy with the deal and the vehicle. I had a followup call from management to see how things were going. A promise is a promise. Hannah asked us not to buy until we experienced what they had to offer at MTN. View Nissan of Cleveland and I promised we wouldn’t. Taylor sent me a warm greeting and Noah sent me a video of the Pathfinder we were interested in. After visiting other dealer’s in Chattanooga and Cleveland my wife had picked out the one she wanted. But a promise is a promise. We kept our promise and didn’t purchase until we visited our new favorite dealership and My wife got the Pathfinder she wanted and as well as the price she wanted. Had oil change, tire rotation and new wipers put on. I was early and they went ahead and got to me. Very fast and efficient service. Everyone I come in contact with is always very nice and professional.
